With rising unemployment and lack of job-ready skills among rural youth, our Skill Development initiative plays a crucial role in creating livelihood opportunities. Suraj Siksha Trust Katoria conducts various training programs that equip individuals with practical skills suited for today’s job market.

Our courses include tailoring, computer literacy, mobile repair, spoken English, basic accounting, and digital marketing. These programs are designed based on local industry needs and individual interests. We also provide career counseling and connect trainees with placement opportunities, internships, or self-employment avenues.

Special attention is given to women and youth, helping them gain the confidence and capability to earn a dignified livelihood. Through skill-building, we aim to transform dependence into self-reliance.
